Welp . . . I hit my November goal already.

I was feeling frustrated lately because I had to take a few days off from exercise because I was SO SORE and fatigued and in pain from the fibromyalgia. . . I didn't want to overtrain, so I let my body rest and recover while focusing on my nutrition and stretching.

I got on the scale this morning because my TOM was ending and I thought I might have lost a lb or two of water weight . . . . but in fact, I lost TEN POUNDS in 6 days. LOL

I guess I probably made most of this progress in October and it was masked by inflammation / water weight.

This is the chart of my weight loss (44.4 lb) this year:

This is the chart of my muscle gain (according to my scale, 13.8 lb) this year:

My goal for the rest of November is just to maintain this loss and maybe inch a lb or two downward while also building some muscle. If I reach 353.5 by the end of the year, I will have lost 50 lb this year :)
