Usually I do a Friday Finish, however I cannot finish if I haven't even started. This week has been an emotional let down week and I haven't done much of anything.
Well that's not true. I have done my exercises and stretches before getting out of bed. I have my meal plans to draw from. I have gotten some Christmas shopping done.
I'm kind of hard on myself because I have high expectations and feel like I should have done more.
Do you have high expectations, how do you deal with them?
