D47 R2 blogging - the bad

Things did not go to plan today. Overslept - good(and bad??). Not eating with no morning plan for day - bad . Poor water intake plan-bad. Dentist appointment to clean teeth- good. Fast food and lots of it after Dentist- very bad(broke 4 week no fast food streak). Blogging about my day- great! Had I mentally decided at 2 pm it would be a water only fast day instead of a fast food day- it would have been a fantastic day.
Had not planned on blogging today but when actions become distracted - its very helpful and important I do. Have had thousands of eating days - way worse than today. Today is no longer the norm -instead the exception. Not beating myself up over a day like today - calmly understand and forget. Be confident and optimistic tomorrow will be a great day- I am. Having great expectations hitting all goals- I will. Looking at the calendar still 9 full days left this month and secretly planning - exceeding expectations and goals days 48 to 57. Its not what I know, hoping for or am wishing - Its my actions and commitment to plan. Does not start soon- starts now! Have a great Friday!
