Today is a mostly rest day, meaning I'll go for a 90 minute or so walk at some point. I am not a fast walker. I have a touch of the OCD. I set my apple watch to burn 1080 calories a day, and if my rings aren't closed by the end of the day, it really bothers me. LIke walking around the house or the block for a half an hour bothers me. I just figure it's better to get it done now, and then have peace the rest of my day. Anyone else super ridiculous with their technology?
