D41&42 R2 Weight loss vacation and goals

Arrived home 7 pounds lighter observing 343 at scale. Back on day one I stated I was planning to go from 360 to 280 or under by start of hay season around June 1st. I have knocked off 21% of the weight over the first six weeks leaving 63 pounds the final 32 weeks. My goals are under 340-November 1st, under 330 Dec 1st, under 320 Jan 1st and under 310 Jan 1st. Thinking if I have 63% of weight loss goal completed first 21 weeks. Loosing the last 30 pounds over four months before start of hay season would put it at a reasonable 1.75 pounds a week.

The weight loss timeline is needs to be always thought of as in terms of unwavering commitment to preserve pain free joint health. For many reasons today's plan is sustainable and infinitely better than plan in place before start of R2. 1- No artificial sweeteners- no chewing gum past 27 days be far the most impact of any change. Literally a difference of over 200 pounds over time. 2- tracking at least one cups water for every two hundred intake. A new non negotiable- water intake way up, eat less because of it. 3- commitment to nutrition, fitness, weight loss and plenty of sleep during vacations- Just successfully completed above expectations. 4. Fasting- just completed 48 hours that went extremely well above expectations. Impossible to do the previous ten months due to the artificial.
