October 2020 goal

I have been away from Spark for so long. I am starting out with "mental" goals. I work a lot and tend to get stressed out. I work in a law office. I type and stare at a computer screen all day at work and when I get home the last thing I want to do is anything computer related.
I have to make a positive presence here on Spark. that is my main goal.

Track my food and fitness and
I am going to work on my weight goals in the next few days.
I went to the doctor last week. He did a lot of blood work and told me my weight is "an issue". I have to go back and get the blood work results Sat. I will know what I need to do to structure my weight loss goals after I know my blood work results.
