October 2020 goal

I have been away from Spark for so long. I am starting out with "mental" goals. I work a lot and tend to get stressed out. I work in a law office. I type and stare at a computer screen all day at work and when I get home the last thing I want to do is anything computer related.

I have to make a positive presence here on Spark. that is my main goal.

Connect with my Spark Friends and Spark Team Mates.
Track my food and fitness and
Be present.

I am going to work on my weight goals in the next few days.

I went to the doctor last week. He did a lot of blood work and told me my weight is "an issue". I have to go back and get the blood work results Sat. I will know what I need to do to structure my weight loss goals after I know my blood work results.

    I completely understand - I am a systems administrator and am on a computer all day long. I get my sparking done first thing in the morning because after work, its the last thing I want to do. Good luck - mental exhaustion effects everything, so its a good thing you are taking care of that first.

    Omg I could've written almost the same thing (minus the last paragraph). We are still on reduced hours and sitting at a kitchen table. Had to go in on Friday to work on appeal brief. The very long day and night I did not miss. Deadlines and stressing out are part of the job that i dont care for. But I have made myself walk every day and take breaks from the laptop that have helped. Need to get better on me time.

    You've got a plan. Keep working on it to find what will work for you and you will be reaching your goals before you know it. I'll be right there with you.
