Monday Munchies (food for thought)

Cooler weather has arrived. Frost has been on the windshield.
I love leftovers,(cooking is already done.) Yesterday my sous chef Hubby and I made leniwe gołąbki a.k.a. unstuffed cabbage. So today's dinner is made. Some cooks put too much rice in, so I cut back on the rice and have plenty of cabbage. Hubby and son like it with ketchup, me... taco sauce. LOL, I know strange, but it works for me as I don't do ketchup. Not bad for a girl that refused to eat cabbage.
What do you do for food prep or make ahead meals?
