Good Health Is A Daily Commitment

Every day I get up early and take time to visit Spark People to renew my commitment.
I'm going to spend at least 30 minutes of walking, hiking, or biking.
I'm going to drink 8 glasses of water or clear tea 🍵.
I'm going to eat a high vegetable, low carb diet.
I'm going to encourage others on their healthy journey as well.
A healthy lifestyle grows a little bit more every day. The process changes a little as my life changes, but the ultimate goal stays the same: I want to enjoy a healthy and active life.
There are so many ways to make a daily commitment to good health. What is yours?
