Definitely feeling on the downside of that slide...
Already felt wonky today, then the day got weirder, work was assigned that i am not interested in or good at, and then i was embarrassed in front of a "customer" due to bad info from my team... grumble.
Then customer support i need today that is time sensitive the company had the phone system tell you they are too busy and hangs up. Fantastic.
Did a food therapy today. No my most self help moment...
Did manage to make myself get out food for dinner so we didn't order out and continue the terrible choice train.

Got my kindle and i'm ready to read a couple chapters of my book

Need to get in walk before it's too dark. Have a meetup at 6:30... we shall see!

Yes, had to hide the container from the cleaners, so it was at my finger tips!
Goals for today:
Make a plan to get my "talk" written! 10 min a day, let's do this!
Goals for the rest of the week:
Complete as many of my tasks as i can with grace and poise!
