UGH! Worst year on record- that is something most people can agree on.
I am committed to ending the year with a few wins. I have had some success so far this year-
~have not touched a soda since New Years! WooHoo!
~ got in 10, 000 steps every single day in may and June
~ learned a new job and am working from home
So, I have proven to myself that where there is a will, there is a way. I have also gained more weight than ever before and am dangerously close to 200 pounds. Also proof that I am a big bag of emotions and this year has been hard and food has been my happy place.
I have stayed away from Spark because I knew I could not give 100% to my teams and my friends ...but there is wiggle room between 0 and 100%. I am back for me- and love my friends for just saying "welcome back". Spark people are THE BEST PEOPLE!
So here I am- committed to two challenges- an 8 week challenge that will force me to start tracking again and being accountable and a 100 rep per day for the last 100 days of 2020 challenge. I have done these challenges before and have succeeded. This year, more than ever, I want to focus on success so that I do not look back on this year without knowing I did my best and not only survived it, but also came out better and stronger!
