Tracking of Smart Goals for Week 1

Wednesday, September 09, 2020

My first official week of BLC44 is complete (Sept 2-8). I am going to try my best to blog every week to keep focused on my SMART goals I set.

GOALS - I will eat no more than my calorie goal, except one time a month when I enjoy a splurge meal (sushi typically). I will continue to eat veggies most, drink 18-20 cups of water daily, focus on personal development, and of course exercise.

emoticon Down 1 pound

emoticon Nutrition:
I need to focus more on my diet though. I am eating within my calories but too much crap foods. There was a few days of not tracking food. I also have been really good at eating veggies most for my first meal but not so good on the other one(s).

emoticon Water:
I have been hitting 16 cups of water daily. I use skinny syrups in my water about every 5th cup or so to hit that number without becoming bored. I am still working on increasing it up to 18-20 but this has been very challenging.

emoticon Exercise:
2 days of boxing workouts
2 days of strength training
4 days of walking - 6.96 miles
1 day of complete rest

emoticon Personal Development
I've listened to podcasts: ShaunT's Trust and Believe, The Chalene Show, Build Your Tribe
Book on audible right now is: Super Attractor by Gabrielle Bernstein
I am also doing Brendon Burchard's Entrepreneurs Challenge

Exercise and Personal Development are on target.
Water is acceptable to me but room for improvement.
Nutrition needs to be cleaned up, tracked, and veggies most.
