Consistency has become a habit. I’ve signed in 69 straight days. We gave up sugar on August 22 and gave away all the flour, pasta, and other foods that were not low carb. We make choices now between one kind of good or another kind of good. I am so pleased with my blood sugar and blood pressure numbers. My Wii says I’ve lost my 8 lb goal ahead of time . I’m on my weigh way down. My clothes are fitting better and the food we’ve been eating is delicious. We work as a team in the kitchen so my left over stroke symptoms seem less of a challenge. I was so tired of the let’s try to start over yo-yo pattern. This feels so right!!!!
