Progress & 2020 Fall 5% Challenge Committment

I am making progress.
I loss some weight today and I was pretty excited. Not by the number but by the fact that I am actually within shooting distance of my goal. I don't even remember when I picked this goal- which time. I've tried and failed so many times, I didn't bother changing it when I rejoined. When you're over over 220 lbs, a number like 130 is a pipe dream. So sure, whatever. Sounds good. I just didn't want to be where I was. I couldn't walk up the steps from my wash room without stopping on the landing to catch my breath. Tying my shoes was a chore. I hated trying to find something to wear every time I had to go to a meeting or function.
Well, looky looky. Ms. Lofitilla actually captured some good news today. Yes, I am still overweight. But the trends moving in the right direction.
OK, I am barely under 160 but, I'll take it. This is my skeletal muscle chart:
I'm getting stronger. Soon, I will be opening my own pickle jars.
Sooooooooo in order to stay focused this Fall, I committed to the Fall 5% Challenge. I am excited to continue this work on me. I hope to see a few of you there
