How do i begin to say goodbye to you

You have been to best aunt for 52 years. Even when you got sick you still tried to be there for your family. You will be missed for more than you will ever know.

There are so many stories to remember, its very hard to believe you will not be here for your favorite holiday and birthday. thought i would be okay, but it took a few days to really hit me.

since august last year until now this family has lost 4 people. no family should lose that many in so little time. this hurts a lot.

    It is so hard to lose someone and a much harder during this time...no hugging, services, visitors etc.
    so many of us are grieving alone..take the time each day to remember and rejoice you had such a wonderful aunt in your life...that alone is a tremendous blessing..

    I’m so sorry about your multiple losses. Use this time to be especially kind and caring toward yourself. Nourish well with wholesome foods and variety. Hydrate well. Be sure to get the sleep you need each night. Quiet your mind with mindful meditation. Write down the 3 things you’re thankful for each day and give yourself time to consider why you’re grateful for each. Get outside for a few minutes each day. Feel the warm sunshine on your face. Listen for the sound of birds. Move your body and appreciate every small part of your body that is working well. Watch some nature programs and consider the beauty that is all around us. The hurt you feel will come in waves that crest and break over you. Let them come as they will. Acknowledge them. They are there for good cause. Then, gently guide your mind back toward beauty and gratefulness. Grief can overwhelm. At times such as the time you’re now going through, it’s easy to forget about one’s own needs. Please don’t abandon yourself in that way. Be your own best friend and find ways to bring yourself the comforting that you need. Keep Sparking friend! emoticon emoticon emoticon
