My abs are definitely feeling tonight's workout! we did some new exercises tonight that we haven't done.

I did complete 5 miles on the stationary bike and did a mile and a half on the treadmill. I think starting tomorrow i'm gonna lay off the bike for this coming up week and because the bike is getting super easy, and the treadmill i am trying to build up my incline which will help me work harder and burn more calories,

Tonight we did some exercises with the battle rope and MAN! That rope will kick your butt! I was so terrified of it and hubby has been wanting to try it so I tried it to and you talk about an amazing ab workout try a battle rope!

We some new exercises with a 10 pound medicine ball where we would stand side ways and throw the medicine ball against the wall and then turnaround facing the other way and throwing the ball to the wall. it was very awkward for me at first but it got easier the second time around.

Every since putting on all this weight back in 2017 to august 7th it has been so hard for me to get down in the floor and it hurts to even get down in the floor and hurts even more to get up off the floor, i almost had a crying session at the gym because hubby wanted me to try a workout where you sit in the floor and alternate the medicine ball from one side to the other while your legs are up off the floor. i could barely sit up while on the floor and ended up struggling to get off the floor because my back started hurting. i was so disappointed because i felt I let my hubby down. not even sure why I wanted to cry, I did this to myself, i caused me to not be able to get on the floor and not be able to get back up hardly. something i will have to work on. but soon, very soon, i will be able to get down in the floor with no issues and get right back up!!

so because I couldn't do the exercise that hubby did on the floor I went and done 4 sets on the abdominal crunch machine. My abs got a good workout tonight. a workout after a day off is always a great workout!!! Tomorrow should be great to and then monday will be good but not as good as today and tuesday we will take the day off.

For supper tonight I had shrimp scampi which was a lean cuisine dinner, it was ok but the shrimp in that thing is nasty and the sauce wasn't too good either. i only ate it because hubby had some fish meal thing he had made at Winn Dixie and I hate cooked veggies so I won't get it, would be a waste of money for me because I would just eat the fish and throw the veggies out. I know veggies are important and I can eat some veggies raw like carrots and broccoli but i can't eat cooked or steamed veggies, i will throw up. so the meal is like $6 and I could just get a dinner with just the fish, but I'm not paying $6.00 for a piece of fish. we can get salmon for $6.00 and it will feed us both.
