Well I'm still trudging on. I have made a few small changes in my lifestyle.
For the border line diabetes I have cut back to about half the amount of sugar I was taking in. I stopped eating sugar cereal and started eating Bran Flakes. Also I have cut chips out of my diet. For the high blood pressure I cut out salty chips and limiting the amount of salt I add to food.
I can't say I'm "exercising" but I am moving more than I was. I'm not just sitting on the couch all day.
I'm going to keep adding little changes along the way. I can do this.
