What a great workout day today. Today my workouts consist of:
did a two mile walk at home video with leslie Sansome (during my lunch break)
went to the gym and done:
1 mile on the treadmill (wanted to do more but my legs are so tired)
5 miles on the stationary bike
abdominal crunch machine
preacher curl machine
triceps pull down-pully
I had a very full filling day. I checked my scale at home just for the fun of it and it said I've lost a pound but I'm not gonna count it until I weigh in next Wednesday. i love doing alot of different workouts, keeps me busy at the gym and i don't feel burnt out on any of it. i am rocking week four of my journey!!! I am seeing a transformation in my midsection every few days, and my legs are starting to get stronger as well.
My husband told me today that he thought I would of quit the gym by now. honestly i've been going to the gym for 26 days and now its a habit for me, i didn't go to the gym yesterday nor did I workout and i felt so fat! went to the gym today and i still feel fat but i feel better knowing i went to the gym!!
had a lean cuisine for supper tonight, wanted subway but they were crowded and lined up almost outside of the door and the drive thru was packed so i figured i like lean cuisines so I got that.
Tomorrow is leg day and cardio.
