I feel like I ate the whole fish!

tonight was fresh Salmon and I had a salad with mine. I drank a bottle of water before i ate because its so hot here in east Alabama, once I sat down to eat I had another bottle of water, i drank so much water before and during supper that I didn't even eat half of my salad and only ate half of my fish. but MAN! I feel like I ate a whole fish! I am so full like I really ate a full three course meal! I can thank the two bottles of water for that, for filling me up. I usually don't guzzle that much water in a short period of time, even at the gym i drink maybe three quarters to a full bottle depending on the workout.
I do know that i'm not really eating as much as i usually do. i am finding that i can't get through half a plate of food without getting full. I stopped using the regular sized plates when I started going to the gym, now I will use plates that are just a tiny bigger than a saucer and i can't even eat half the food on those either. i don't know if that is a good thing or a bad thing.
ready to get back to the gym, i really did need a rest day, hubby and I worked out for 4 days straight, so now tomorrow i can go back and hit it hard at the gym. tomorrows workout will be similar to yesterdays workout but i'm gonna try to add at least a quarter of a mile onto my treadmill time and really try to push myself. i know I can do up to 5 miles on the bike but i haven't really pushed myself on the treadmill besides adding to my incline. so tomorrow i will do a 25% incline and try to push through to do a mile and a quarter and if i get to frisky i'll go for a mile and a half. so far for the last two weeks I have not woken up the next day after a workout sore, so I really think I can push through and add a little on the treadmill. I have my eyes set on a goal.
I weighed myself this morning for my Pink Flamingo Team and the scale shows to not have moved since Saturday which is fine. It took time for me gain 50 pounds from 4 years ago and it will take time to get rid of it to. I am very excited to be apart of a team challenge, gives me something to work on to find out for myself what I can do and how far I can go!!!
