tired new weigh in day coming

Burned almost 1000 calories with my workout today, i just realized i forgot to do a leg workout that I didn't add to my plan today, thats ok though i think i did alot today anyway. i will get that leg workout in Wednesday.
Tomorrow is rest day for hubby and i am going to do a workout during my lunch, I'm going to do tae-bo on youtube, which is a full body workout, i can't keep up with every step but what i can't do i make up for.
wednesday is my new weigh in day per a Spark team I'm in so I will have a new update on my weight on wednesday!!
i bumped my incline up to 25% on the treadmill today and added another mile to the bike. i will stay at 25% incline this week, then starting on my 5th week i will add a half mile to my walk. my shins still kill me when on the treadmill because I'm going 2.8 mph which is almost as fast as my short legs will go, but i'm having to do my mile fast then slow, so i will do two minutes at 2.8 then back off to 2.0 for a minute then back up to 2.8 for two minutes then back off through the whole mile. even do stretches doesn't help much but it helps to not be so sore. i have also learned that getting on the bike first for a mile or two stretches your calf muscles.
I have vacation coming up and I'm sure gonna miss the gym for a week but i will get plenty of exercise during that week. I don't have kids yet (hoping my weight loss will help with that) so we are taking our 4 year old niece with us on vacation so i get to play mom kind of for a week. Thank you Jesus this child is potty trained!! don't get me wrong I know how to change a diaper its the mom in me, i just didn't want to deal with that!! I did last year when we took her to the zoo. i am so excited and can't wait, i need a break from this house, this town, this state. Just gotta be extra careful because of COVID. but i know it will be fun!!!
