BLC43 was one of the most successful rounds I have done in a long time. Why? Because I found my sweet spot to losing weight...finally! I ended with a 12.6 lb loss.
Now I will be upfront and say as of right now I have gained couple pounds over break due to falling into a bad habit when college started back up, change in schedule, nerves...emotional eating happened. I understand that this will forever be a battle, but the difference is I am learning to end it as soon as I realize it's happening. Hopefully by official weigh in next week I will be a lot closer or at my weight I left BLC43 with.
My SMART goals for this round are to focus on getting healthier not so much the scale (although that will be a bonus).
Specific - I will eat no more than my calorie goal, except one time a month when I enjoy a splurge meal (sushi typically). I will continue to eat veggies most, drink 18-20 cups of water daily, focus on personal development, and of course exercise.
Measurable - I will use MFP to track calories daily, Fitbit to track my exercise 6 days a week and steps 7 days a week, and my calendar to schedule personal development in daily.
Achievable - Absolutely.
Relevant - Yes it is.
Timestamp - Daily track my food intake on MFP; Daily track my exercise/steps on Fitbit; Daily listen to personal development.

Calorie goal is set to 2516.
Half my body weight in ounces (the best I can)
Will be doing Beachbody's 10 Rounds (6 weeks) and #MBF/#MBFA (6 weeks) and Daily Burn's Yoga Fundamentals along with walking 20 miles a month for Sept/Oct and 25 miles a month for November.
Aiming for 8 hours a night but never less than 6 hours.
