kicked major butt at the gym

Gym day was great! I did two new machines today (well new to me) both works your legs. One is the leg extension and the other is leg adduction.


My workout today consisted of

Treadmill- one mile at 20% incline
stationary bike-4 miles
kette bell side bends
leg adduction machine
leg extension machine
madicine ball rotations 10;b ball
and abdominal crunch machine.


tomorrow is cardio and weights (arms) i'm starting to get into a rhythm where every other day I have something to do that's not just cardio. so now i can alternate and do lower body one day and upper body the next day and i may find that on one day I can do full body workouts. I want to build up to that.

i was looking in the mirror at the gym while doing kettle bell training and while resting in between sets i always throw my hands on my waist. Today I noticed that my side are starting to already form small hour glass shape. In 10 years I have not see that shape on me and I couldn't stop looking at my mid section. i'm even noticing a difference when I turn sideways and look in the mirror and all I can think is, omg! I'm actually doing it, i'm actually going to do this, I'm gonna reach my goals.

I so look forward to what the end of the year will bring. My first long term goal is to be close to one-derland by thanksgiving, if not thanksgiving then by christmas! I'm not worried about over all weight loss goals. I'm gonna focus on get to One-derland. That would be a huge accomplishment for me. I havent seen 199lbs since i was 19. man to see that again!!!
