BLC Challenge Fall SMART GOALS
My goals for this Fall round is to lose 20 lbs.
Specific - I will exercise 120 minutes everyday with cardio and ST 5/6 days a week with Body Beast and additional exercises with barbells, bands, and kettlebells. Kettlebell swings 3 days a week.
Measurable - Tracking all foods and fitness in SP and in a training journal.
Achievable and Relevant - This is vital for my diabetes and blood pressure that I achieve this goal by the end of the challenge.
Timestamp - I am assessing each week if I met my weight loss goal and will adjust weekly if needed to reach my 20 lb weight loss goal by the end of the challenge.
