SMART Goals BLC-44

I can't believe how long it's been since I've blogged. I'll do a catch-up blog later, but for today it's my SMART goals for BLC 44.
My goal for this round is to lose 5 pounds.
I will do this by increasing my fruits and veggies - starting with one serving/meal and increasing from there. I will drink at least 6 glasses of water/unsweet tea a day. I will get 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week - including ST two days a week.
I am doing this to feel better about my body and to improve my health.
I will reach this goal by Nov. 25.
