Weigh in day 😳

I remember now why I used to always hate weigh in days when I used to work out a few years ago. You work hard all week long just for the scale to disappoint. Today my scale shows a three pound gain. How is that even possible.. maybe it's the weights that are making this possible muscle does weigh more than fat but three pounds....... You know what it's fine, because this time around I'm not gonna let the scale discourage me and trick me. It's just a number and as long as I'm moving and doing what I'm suppose to then that scale can say what it wants. At the end of the day I know I've put in the work and I'm happy with that. There's always next time.
Today is rest day for hubby and I'm still thinking about doing a workout during my lunch break. I really love tae-bo and kick boxing but I don't know how high I can kick my short legs. I tried taebo last week and some of the kicks I couldn't do lol practice makes perfect though!!!!! Hope everyone has a good day!!!!
