Not a bad gym day.

For three days in a row i have kicked major tail at the gym. of course today I backed off just a little, I did 4 miles on the bike yesterday, today I only did one and my knees felt like they were going to pop off my legs. I accomplish doing a 20% incline for a whole mile on the treadmill and I think thats what shot my legs before heading to the bike because I bumped up my incline. tomorrow is for sure a rest day, but I may still do a workout at lunch.

Hubby is taking a rest day tomorrow, he is now at two workouts a day, he plays tennis with his boss in the morning and then does the gym with me in the afternoon, after doing it for now three days I know he is wore out.

Tomorrow is my big day, and what I mean by big day is... Its my weigh in day!!! My weigh in day will change on the 1st as I am starting a new challenge on Sparkpeople and weigh ins are on wednesdays. but that will be good because then I will have 5 days to burn more fat. I'ma little nervous about weighing myself because I still see Fatty Patty Danielle and my husband keeps commenting on the change she has seen in me in the last three weeks, honestly yes I've worked my tail off the last three weeks but I can't tell of any changes other than I'm doing alot. over time I know I will see a difference!!!

Heading to go make a chicken taco salad!! yum!!!
