absolutely LOVE a hard workout!!

Today was a great gym day. Gym days are always best after a day off i have figured out,

Today's workout:
Treadmill with a 15% incline 1 mile
stationary bike 4 miles
Preacher curl machine did 4 sets of 10 with 25-25.5 pound weight
did 4 set of 10 on the abdominal crunch machine
did 3 sets of 30 on kettle bell side bends using 20 pound weights
did 1 set of 30 on kettle bell side bends using 25 pound weights
then backed off and did 1 set of 20 kettle bell side bends using 20 pound weights

Tomorrow I will do all cardio, treadmill, bike and I'm gonna try to do what I can on the stair climb machine. As I was doing the kettle bells I can tell I'm losing weight around the top of my back, and the shirt I've worn to the gym for a week is super loose on me, it was just a little loose three weeks ago and now its starting to get really loose. My hubby still sees a difference in my mid section. He asked me today if I felt lighter, well no not really, I feel better but not lighter.

O M G I was so excited today! I was able to bend over and pick up a full load of clothes without being out of breathe and without hurting!! PERSONAL SHORT TERM GOAL BEING MET!!!! I was beginning to think that I would never again be able to bend over without hurting or without being out of breathe.
