The beginning a day later

I started this blog yesterday, the first day of my decision to change my life. I know I’ve been here about a week now but that was spent reading and learning. I also got myself ready as far as what food I have in the house which was clean and go through the fridge and get rid of the carbie and sugar stuff, then the pantry. Got rid of all high carb stuff, even my soup. The biggest and frustrating part of this? Putting together a menu for the week. Well actually for 6 days. Sunday’s are free days. That doesn’t mean eat out. I’ll never eat fast food again but I’m sure sometimes we’ll eat out.

So yesterday at a glance. It was a very hard day. I get up around 4:30am and I eat something. Blueberry instant oatmeal. Half hour later I have some watermelon. Took my pills which put me to sleep. So off I go, to bed. Woke up around 11am. Hungry of course. Eat lunch. Snacks come around. Watermelon. Dinner. 10pm rolls around and I’m starving. Know what I ate? 4 crackers with tuna. This is my problem. Being so hungry at night. Definitely something to work on. Breakfast is a tough one too because I get up so early. I’ll figure it out.

So my first official Day was eh. Still ate stuff that was high in carbs. Ug.
