Rocked it today!!

Today was a big day for me. I did a 30 minute at home workout (taebo) and then went to the gym and got on the treadmill, then did 3 miles on the bike, then hit the weights. according to my gym exercise tracker I burned over 1000 calories.
Not sure if I should take the scale at my gym seriously, the scale at the gym says I haven't even lost a full pound since I started two weeks ago. Not sure if that's for real and I'm trying hard not to be discouraged. I want to lose weight and I want to see the numbers come down but I don't want to be disappointed every week getting on the scale to see that I haven't lose anything. I'm gonna use the scale at the gym until I have gone for a month and see what it says. Until then I'm still motivated to lose weight and I'm not turned off because of todays weigh in. I have been keeping track with my scale at home and last friday it said I weight 247 this week it says I have lost 3 pounds since last friday. but I am really considering not even using scales because I'm finding it more of a disappointment and discouragement than a positive.
I'm really proud of myself for sticking with this for two weeks, i am ready to kick more butt starting on my third week tomorrow!!
