rest day and oops garlic bread

So hubby decided to take a rest day and I figured I would to, we both did a hard workout yesterday and i even though I'm not as sore as I though I would be I don't want to push it.
My arms are a little sore after doing weights yesterday but nothing like they were this past weekend. I couldn't even straighten them out sunday, today I am able to bend and straighten them but i can feel the soreness in my arms when I do have them straight, i guess it helps that for two days I have been drinking alot more water and have been working my arms through the day to keep them from getting too sore so maybe I didn't over do it on the preacher curl machine when I did 30lb weights.
We bought this huge grilled chicken ceasar salad from an Italian resturant here in town, its kind of like Olive Garden but its called Millanos, and because i have tried to cut bread, and dairy, and most fatty foods out of my diet we decided to get two rolls and garlic a piece. I do actually feel guilty about having those garlic bread rolls with my salad but I hear it not exactly good to cut out all the bad stuff from your diet all at once when you start trying to lose weight. so I will not talk bad to myself about those two rolls, if we do this meal option again I will just do one roll instead of two. according to my food plan I have for myself I had enough calories left for the day to fit those rolls in so its not really that big of a deal. I will however do just as much at the gym tomorrow as I did yesterday, I think I'm starting to get a little stronger. Tomorrow makes two weeks since I started back on my journey, I'm excited and I cannot wait to get back to the gym!!!
