Chair Exercise

I found a great chair exercise on YouTube by Dr. Oz personal trainer Donovan Green (yeah!). I like his no excuse method and he gives me the push that I need for now (I have disc disease) and some day mobility sucks.

My goal is to not only lose weight, but to build muscle and make my back stronger, eventually tossing my chair to the side and workout to one of the many fitness DVDs that I have in my fitness collection emoticon
