What day is it?

I don’t remember the day I signed up here but I’m pretty sure it was about a month ago. My problem? Excuses on why I’m not ready to start. The current excuse is I need to put together my menu for the week with meals that are low carb/low sugar. And of course all the research I’ve been doing on what foods diabetics can & can’t eat. Hidden sugar. Net carbs. Plus ALL the weight I need to lose.

So of course I had to buy an expandable file case so I can keep things organized. I’m going through EVERY recipe & writing down all the nutritional info.

I finally decided I’ll at least start & do only what I could. Like log the slice of pizza I had for breakfast. The challenge I joined. Is today day 2? emoticon
