Pain and short people problems. 🙄

Sunday, August 16, 2020

so I did weights on friday, I didn't think I did too much cause when I woke up on saturday my arms were a tiny bit sore but nothing I couldn't tolerate, as saturday progressed the pain in my left bicep got worse and worse until now I can't straighten out my arm, I can't hold anything on my left arm and I'm in tears. I didn't lift anything yesterday and my right arm is almost completely pain free. I wak up this morning to my left arm still unable to straighten it and the only way I have been able to not hurt is to keep my arm bent at a 90 degree angle. the most I lifted on Friday was 20 pounds. I tried to take an anti inflammatory but that didn't do jack, even this stuff called muscle rub didn't work. So looks like i'm just jumping on the treadmill today and will do a little on the bike.

Come to think of it I think I may of aggravated my arm getting in and out of My husbands truck. My husband has a Toyota Tacoma and it has huge wheels on it, it doesn't have a lift kit just big wheels and so when I open the doors the seats come up to my chest, and with me being 4'11 I have to literally climb into his truck and pretty much jump out of it. I don't know what it is with my family and big cars/ trucks. My mom has a Jeep and I have to mountain climb to get into her car to. Why do these people want big vehicles? My mom is the same height as me and 60 years old, she don't need to climb into a big car. LOL Short people problems! Guess I'm gonna have to have a stool so I can step up into these vehicles. Don't laugh at that, my husband already does that. lol
