day one of weights

starting to add a little bit of weights to my workout every other day. Today my workout consist of:
stationary bike- 1 mile
time- 7minutes 36 seconds (didn't push as hard as prior days)
treadmil- 1 mile
time- 25 minutes (walked at speed of 2.5)
Preacher Curl Machine (arms)
3 sets
set 1- 10 count at 20ibs
set 2-10 count at 15 lbs
set 3- 10 count at 10 lbs
Abdominal crunch machine
3 sets
set 1- 12 count at 20lbs
set 2- 10 count at 20 lbs
set 3- 8 count at 20lbs
Kettle Bell- Side bend right
4 sets
set 1- 10 count at 10lbs
set 2- 10 count at 15 lbs
set 3- 10 count at 20lbs
set 4-10 count at 15lbs
Kettle Bell- Side bend left
4 sets
set 1- 10 count at 10lbs
set 2- 10 count at 15 lbs
set 3- 10 count at 20lbs
set 4-10 count at 15lbs
