weigh in day

I used to hate weigh in days because It would always tell me how good of a week I had or how bad of a week I had. This time around I don't want to focus on how bad or how good my week was. I want to find joy in just losing one pound if thats all my body does. After getting on the scale this morning I found that I actually lost 11 or 12 pounds, i wish my scale was digital but its not. I will weigh again when I get to the gym this afternoon although I know its best to weigh first thing in the morning, but my husband is convinced that the scale at the gym is more accurate but whatever. All that matters to me is that I'm losing weight.
I know I've worked my butt off this week and so I'm excited that my first week I've lost 11 pounds. I know most of it is water weight and the scale wont show that every week, but its a good first start for me. It shows me that I am determined and that I can do this. Its nice to see the scale going down instead of being up. I'm super excited right now!!!
