so proud of myself I added a half mile to my workout today.

I feel really good, but that elliptical whooped me. I was able to do 2 minutes without stopping. I have a friend that I used to work with who has an elliptical and she has lost about 60 pounds and she gets on the elliptical twice a day for 20 minutes at a time. I would love to just do a mile on it but i will definitely work on it. I am actually feeling really good i've been done with my workout for an hour and my spirits are up. Its like a natural high I'm feeling, that I haven't felt in a long time. Soon I am going to start doing some weights to help rid myself of flabby arm lol For the moment I am happy with my workout today and the fact that in only four days of going to the gym i have increased my workout by a half a mile, i feel great and soon I will look great, baby steps at a time. We had to be babies before we could be adults, so i'm taking baby steps so I can advance myself in the future.
