Short and Long term Goals.

Short Term Goals-
To get down to One-derland. I have 57 pounds to lose to get to One-derland
Drink more water-i barely drink any
Cut out the junk food.
Cut out bread
Eat more veggies and fruits
Be able to walk a full mile without slowing down
be able to do more than two miles on the stationary bike without taking a break
Long Term Goals
Lose up to 100 pounds
Have better self confidence
To be proud of myself for once
be comfortable in my own skin.
This is just a start.I'm more than sure I will have more goals in mind as I go through my journey.
