Over 60 pounds lost 08-09-2020

So far, I've lost 61.6 pounds. I'm partway between 15% and 20% of my start weight gone. I'm going to try really hard to make it gone for good this time. I'm still struggling with exercise. Both convincing myself to do it and having the ablity to go for long. I did just complete a 15 minute workout video, though, which is definitely an improvement over my usual 10 minutes or less. I just don't have much stamina. I'm really tired from my workout, so I'm enjoying my break sitting at the computer. I've made a lot of changes and I feel and look a lot different than just one year ago. One year ago, I was 351.4 pounds. I gained and lost for a few months, ending up about 10 pounds lighter by early November of 2019 when my doctor convinced me to join Weight Watchers again. I've lost over 50 pounds since joining 9 months ago. I think it's a combination of the plan itself, the fact that I'm determined that if I'm going to pay for the plan, I'm going to follow it, and having finally found the right motivation that has been my keys to success. We're planning a beach vacation for next year - early summer - and my goal is to have lost at least 100 pounds by the time we go. If I reach that, I would be so excited. The last time I had some success losing weight, I couldn't quite make it to 250. I kept gaining and losing the same 5 pounds, never getting lower than 252. If I can make it to 250 or below, I would be so so excited. But, let's take it one day at a time and one pound at a time. I still have 9 1/2 months before we go. Let's not get ahead of myself. I thought I'd share a progress picture.
