It is tough coming back ........... ugh ..... But with working at home, sitting at the computer all day long,
on phone calls,,,,, lack of activity,,,,,, I now have gained more weight than I ever had before,,,, ,,, Let's call it "COVID" Induced Weight gain from being quarantined !!! Being quarantined decreased my daily physical activity (walking to and around work building & walking around Disneyland on the week-ends), "Binging" TV shows
and increased my "boredom" snacking.
My new "adventures" include trying out new foods and snacks. Cooking more but baking sweets as well.
I could go for walks around my neighborhood, instead of my old stomping grounds (Disneyland) and I could do yoga via YouTube ...... but nope,,,, I work and work and then work on my house all day long. Take breaks to eat lunch and dinner..... and of course snack!
So I finally looked at my "bad habits" and picked two of them to work on,,,,, 1) not getting enough sleep and 2) snacking at night.
I am going to work on these two and start moving more....... I am not going to quit on myself or on my health! It would be so tempting to just give up but I won't.......... especially not now during this pandemic.
So I got knocked down again but I will get myself up again
