I had been really consistent for about a month, and then with my latest cycle I got sidetracked a bit. I am still trying and trying to get back at it though. Being stalled for a minute is ok in the big picture if I keep going. So trying to talk myself back up and be confident in continuing to try. All I really want to do is just give up and do whatever, but I know that doesn't serve me well long-term. I feel better when I take good care of myself. So anyway - I tracked everything for yesterday and I've started my tracking today. Just gotta get more days fully tracked.
