Burrito time

I know that some of us are still stuck inside with this pandemic going on and figuring out different recipes to make for our family members. Tonight I made a burrito for a change. The filling, I used 2 pounds of 73/27 ground beef, garlic, a taco seasoning packet, a can of enchilada sauce, a can of black beans, and 2 of the 7oz cans of green chilies. When I made the burrito, I put some cheese down and put about half a cup of the meat mixture down, and a couple spoonfuls of salsa on that before wrapping it up. It was tasty. I almost quit halfway through the burrito. It was that filling. I might use the rest for another burrito or for other meals.
