So, what's next y'all?

you'll? Have to admit, last night I was exhausted and in pain and ready to throw in the towel and just coast awhile. Today's a new day and I'm ready to get things in gear. I got a good night's sleep and feel so much better despite the migraine. Changes to my routine are being put in place. I've been walking with Leslie Sansone for about 15 minutes every other day. It had been almost 2 years since I did her routine. A little off but slowly working it back into my life. I've been having a lot of pain issues some of which stem from last two years of injuries, twice in each year, to my chest, shoulder, neck and rib areas. Those areas were reinjured in March giving COR to my late brother..So complhealing hasn't been accomplished. I'm working those areas with caution. I learned the hard way not to rush with the weights. So I will be slowly moving into strength training. I havev2 different bands I will be trying out as soon as I figure out where they are, lol. I may try to get smaller hand weights just to get the training going. I had planned on walking but the weather outside is rainy and calling for heavy rain for the remainder of the week. So we shall see how that goes. Msybe some shor t walks outside will be possible between the rain, otherwise it will be indoors, room to room. It's going to be walking through the maze of boxes and such that I have to find homes for here in the house. I have given away two boxes a glassware and mugs already. Plus donated 3 boxes of stuff. I have 2 more boxes of stuff filling up to donate. To my surprise this morning I had an email from Sparkpeople saying I was motivator of the day. Talk about timing! God and the Universe are telling me to get my act together, lol. Thank you for reading my blogs and keeping me sane and accountable for my actions. Sending you all much love and big hugs ❤❤❤
