Goodbye 40 lbs--Again

I'm celebrating losing 40lbs. I'm cautiously optimistic, as I have lost 40lbs before but gained some of it back. However, I'm more prepared to get healthy this time around. I have a list of reasons why I want to get healthy. I have a list of reasons reminding why I am able to get healthy. I have a daily schedule that includes exercise. I plan what I'm going to eat. I track my food and exercise. I have a great support system. I'm also using SparkPeople's coaching program.
In the SparkPeople coaching program, it suggests I post a photo of my progress. Coincidentally, I'm wearing the same shirt today that I was wearing over a year ago at approximately my highest weight. (I love the shirt. The pattern is called floral camouflage, which suits me perfectly.) I don't like the way I look in either photo, but that's okay. I still can see my progress, which is very helpful.
