Some days I feel like all I do is eat. 😅

Even after all these years, I have not yet mastered balancing out my meals. I can stay in my ranges, but I often feel like I'm eating non-stop from dinner until bedtime. It's so easy to hit those calorie goals with junk food, but when you're eating healthier, it definitely seems like work most days. Here's what I did today:
Breakfast: 1.5 cups of fresh cherries
Lunch: cheeseburger made with 93% lean ground beef and a single, thin slice of muenster cheese. Topped with yellow mustard and a pickle on the side.
Dinner: smoked turkey sausage, a huge salad, and some hummus with some awful tasting, gluten free crackers. 😂
Snack: protein shake
The good news is that almost everything tasted great. The not so great news is that I'm still eating the bulk of my daily calories after 7. That's when I'm typically trying to catch up my carbs for the day because I have yet to outgrow my low carb habits from years ago.
The bad news is that I still have a whole serving of those nasty crackers before I'm done with the box. 😂
What can I say? I'm a work in progress, and it's one day at a time for me. Progress, not perfection.
