    all are the main. Have to take all at different times of the day, some are 2 or three times a day, just to make it through the day. the pain never stops. Right now i have so many appointments this month. Just to see which ones I can leave off, change the doses or change to something else.

    That's about the same length as my medication list. My sister's is literally twice as long. There is no need to feel embarrassed or ashamed. We need to take whatever it takes for us to repair our mind and body, and if it can't be repaired, at least stop it getting worse or slowing it down. I've got a spreadsheet - at the top is the list of diagnoses and when I was diagnosed/dates of surgeries, family history (strokes/heart issues/diabetes) plus a section for my meds/dose/what they are for, etc etc. When I go to the Dr I highlight what ones are needed and print it off and take that. Ii also have a couple printouts enclosed in my wallet and my mobile wallet for if I need it in an emergency (going to hospital etc.)

    Oh, my. That’s quite a long list! I’d want it written down too. Now which ones are your main focus for improving your health. Pick 2 -3 to work on first. Then reevaluate. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
