What's the Reason Behind Going Off the Food Plan?

62 days into the quest to get the food choices right.....I am not doing too good.
Over the past week I gained a few pounds. Why? Well, because I started eating things I
shouldn't like cookies and extra snacks not listed on my food tracker. In fact, I haven't been
to the food tracker all week but I will put my food in for today after I finish this.
There's something else I wish I could do -- stop the craving for sweet and salty foods. It happens whenever my husband isn't nearby. I think I can get away with eating extra stuff
when he's not around. But why would I even want to do that? It's so childish.
I need to work harder to figure out why I do these things.
Any suggestions out there?
