First Things First!

I have carved out 45 minutes a day just for me. I get up at 5 almost every morning, organize my day with prayer, Bible reading, SparkPeople and exercise. I put first things first!
My days have direction. I always write down my "Daily Big 3" along with my other tasks. I find a mental focus for my day before I head off into the business of what I have to do. I also try to take time to connect in a meaningful way with my friends and family.
At the end of the day, I take time to reflect on how the day went and what I need to do tomorrow. Life is short. This is how I make each day count!
