This past month I have been on a new journey, renewing my dedication to loving myself.
My focus for July is:
Eat only when hungry, and stop before I am Full.
Plan my day of food journaling and sticking to it, if I want something different, I can wait until tomorrow.
If I have to substitute food due to circumstance, I will be forgiving and accept that I made the best choice at the time.
I want to level up on my movement. I will find out how much I sit a day and do a little less of it each day. minute by minute, hour by hour.
I want to level up on my food. Finding what I am willing to eat each day and to add a little more food that gives me more energy and will help me to lose weight while being consistent.
I want to work on ridding myself of the mental weight, the heavy stories of my past, clearing a way for new thoughts that will help me to a lifestyle I choose. Thoughts and emotions will not control me randomly because I was too distracted.
