About to head onto my mat for stretch-me-out yoga 🧘♀️ I need it a lot tonight 🙏
Wanted to be sure to share accountability post.
Thank you for responding and having the space for me to reach out when hunger cravings hit today! They almost got me🤪
Just reaching out to others in the same path was super helpful.
Made it home and went for almost 3 mile walk (without stopping to binge out) before coming in to cook supper.
That’s today’s win! 🤩🙏 super proud.... just a few weeks ago I wouldn’t have given it a second thought and went to binge.
Drank nearly all of my water today....have just a bit more to drink and it’s sitting here on the coffee table to sip on. ✅
Did my outside exercise ✅
After I post I’m getting on my mat for yoga body/mind/spirit wellness ✅
Tracked my food ✅
Bkfst: Ningxia, elderberry,
Coffee with cinnamon vitality EO
Toast, cottage cheese, pear
￼ mediterranean chickpea salad
Grapes, a few chips
Steak sandwiches with grilled onions and mushrooms on it and sautéed summer veggies that rocked!
