Sharing this from way back 7 months after I first joined SparkPeople. It brings back good memories of all the time I spent in here doing what I'm supposed to do, get healthier. I'm still trying to get under 200, and it gets harder and harder to reach that goal.

Today, December 5, 2006 after 40 weeks I lost 1.0 pound from last week for a total of 19.5 pounds. The last time I had a blog entry I weighed the same....then why am I posting another one with the same figures? I'll tell you the reason:
For weeks and weeks I have been yo-yoing up and down getting as high as 233 -- and I finally decided that it was time to get back to the program and stop what I was doing. Soooo I started tracking my food and exercise again and wahlah -- I've been losing--it does WORK I know that. Exercise and food intake that's the bottom line no matter how you look at it.
Holidays are buggers. With Thanksgiving past and Christmas coming up, I need to keep doing what I'm doing to keep on the right track.
