Our instructor demoed a new routine due to out 01/21 for feedback. Great workout, high calorie burn and enlightening results on my heart rate monitor. It showed a much higher level of burn spiking several times during the routine. I realized that muscle memory kicks in when we do old routines, even if we haven't done them for months. The music starts and the body remembers. Now I still get a good workout but the levels of energy are on a more level range, I thought it was interesting and showed the instructor the read out of the workout as well as the results of classes done earlier this week. Interesting!
